Our client is a leading organisation within the ServiceNow ecosystem whohas an immediate requirementfor a hybrid working ServiceNow IRM SME / Architectfor apermanent hybrid role in London, UK. Candidates that require sponsorship will still be considered.

Applicants need to possess the following skills :

• ServiceNow – 5years+ ESSENTIAL
• ServiceNow IRM Development & Configuration, Advanced Risk, Audit Management, Policy and Compliance Management, Vendor RiskManagement (VRM), Regulatory Change Management, and Business Continuity Management (BCM).
• ServiceNow certified
• Degree
• Excellent communication and/or consultancy skills
• ServiceNow IRM BFSI Risk & Compliance domain, GRC
• ServiceNow CSA, CAD, CIS-GRC

Role responsibilities

• The role will involvedesign, pre-sales, ServiceNow IRM Development & Configuration, leadingthe development, configuration, and customization of IRM.
• Design and build IRM workflows, scoring methodologies, entity scoping, and Risk Assessment Methodologies (RAM).
• Configure and customize Notifications, SLAs, and reporting.
• Develop and manage script objects like Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Policies, UI Actions, Client Scripts, Access Control Lists (ACLs), and Flows/Workflows.
• Integration & Data Management: Integrations between ServiceNow IRM and other internal/external systems(e.g., REST/SOAP APIs, Integration Hub, MID Server).
• Data integrity, collaboration, requirements gathering, workshops, design sessions, and sprint planning.

Salary and Benefits

• Salary – Up to £110k + Bonus + Benefits (salary flexible for the right role).
