Team Manager (Social Work/OT) – Lead 2 Teams

Devon County Council is seeking an experienced Team Manager to join the North Devon leadership team. You will lead two teams based in Ilfracombe and South Molton, shaping a high-performing service with strong partnerships and person-centred approaches.
