Senior Care Officer

Experteer Overview In this role you support two young people with complex needs in a trauma-informed residential setting. You will lead shifts, manage risks, and supervise a care team to deliver consistent, compassionate support. You’ll work with multiple agencies to secure the best outcomes and contribute to a nurturing, community-connected home. • Experience working with vulnerable young people
• QCF Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare or equivalent
• Desire to provide focused support to young people
• Supervisory experience is beneficial but not essential
• Must be able to work shift patterns including weekdays, evenings, weekends, and sleep-in duties

• Enhanced pay for weekend and evening hours (avg. +£4,500/year)
