Lifeways Group is on the lookout for a confident, driven Team Leader to help shape outstanding Supported Living services in Newcastle.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Leading, motivating, and supporting a team of fantastic Support Workers
• Working alongside the Service Manager to keep services running smoothly
• Championing person-centred care and positive outcomes
• Making sure standards, safety, and quality are never compromised
• Driving continuous improvement and setting the tone for excellence
• Taking part in a 24-hour rotational on-call rota

What we’re looking for

• Level 3 NVQ/QCF in Health & Social Care (or equivalent)
• Experience leading or supervising in a care or supported living environment
• A natural leader with energy, resilience, and heart
• Flexible, organised, and ready to step up when it matters
• Passionate about helping people live independent, fulfilling lives
