Elderly Care Home Manager — Dementia Care Leader

Compass Associates are partnering with a well-established elderly care provider to recruit a Registered Home Manager for an elderly care home around the Chorley area. The role offers excellent support from a senior leadership team and a chance to build on the home’s strong foundations.

The home provides general nursing, residential and dementia care, with a Deputy Manager in post to assist daily operations. You will lead from the front to drive occupancy and care quality.
