Front of House Concierge – Calm, Quick Thinker

Bupa Campus in Staines is seeking a Front of House Concierge Officer. Location: Bupa Training Academy, TW18 3DZ. Permanent, full-time role, 50 hours per week, 08:00–18:00, £13.75 per hour. The role involves being the face and voice of Bupa, managing bookings, parking and day-to-day operations while delivering excellent customer service.

Ideal candidates will have a valid SIA licence, strong communication skills and the ability to handle multiple requests calmly and efficiently across departments.
