Senior HR Policy Lead – Employment Law & IR (Hybrid/Remote)

Reed is recruiting a Senior HR Advisor (Policy) for a 3-6 month contract in Reading. The role leads on developing, reviewing and implementing HR policies, ensuring compliance with UK employment law and labour relations standards.

You will advise senior managers, liaise with Trade Unions and support organisational change initiatives within a Local Government setting. The post requires strong knowledge of employment law, employee relations and TUPE experience, plus excellent stakeholder management
