Telecare Assessments & Connections Specialist

Cardiff Council’s Telecare Cardiff team is seeking an Assessment and Connections Officer to be the first point of contact for customers, assess needs and guide them to telecare services that promote independence at home.

You will install and maintain dispersed alarm units, explain equipment clearly, work with families and partner agencies, and adapt to diverse requirements while delivering high standards of customer service.
