Senior Quantity Surveyor – Social Housing Refurbishment Lead

Tier 1 Contractor in the North West is seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to lead on social housing refurbishment commercial delivery. You will mentor a Junior QS and coordinate with housing associations, local authorities, and supply chain partners to ensure on-time, within-budget project completion.

Responsibilities include valuations, payments, variations, final accounts, cost tracking, risk mitigation and ongoing reporting to senior management.
