Empowering Support Worker – Adult Home & Community Care

Swanton Care and Community in Barnsley is recruiting Support Workers to help people live independently at home and engage with their local community. You will provide practical and emotional support, assist with daily activities and accompany them to community activities, in line with individual support plans.

We value empathy, integrity and respect, and offer a rolling two-week shift pattern, with days and weekends part-time hours. DBS checked and references required.
