Senior Enterprise Sales Director — Climate Tech

Varaha is seeking an elite Sales Director to drive UK and European expansion from London. You will close multi-year contracts in carbon removal, starting with the biochar portfolio, reporting to the CCO.

You will shape our commercial workflows, harness AI-led tools, and build a scalable sales engine as the first sales hire in London. You will travel 30-50% across Europe, the US, and Asia, engaging with C-suite stakeholders and closing high-value deals with senior leadership.
