Director, Sales & Solutions Operations

Marex is seeking a Director for Marex Solutions to drive strategic Sales initiatives and build the operational infrastructure to support rapid growth. You will liaise between the Solutions Business and Control functions, leading projects from conception to delivery and partnering with COO, Sales and Trading teams to expand offerings.

You will shape the strategy, manage budgets, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements while fostering innovation and efficiency across the organisation.
