Financial Director

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a commercially driven Finance Director to join a high-growth, private equity-backed hospitality business.

Working closely with the CEO and Board, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping business strategy, driving growth, and preparing the business for its next stage of development.

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading all financial planning, budgeting, forecasting and cash flow management.
• Delivering insightful board reporting and commercial analysis to support strategic decision-making.
• Partnering with the executive team to drive business performance, profitability and new site expansion.
• Managing relationships with private equity investors, lenders and external advisers.
• Overseeing financial controls, compliance, systems and process improvements.
• Leading and developing a high-performing finance team.
• Supporting investment appraisals, acquisitions, refinancing and future exit readiness.

Candidate Profile:

• CFO/FD experience within a multi-site hospitality, leisure, retail or consumer-facing business.
• Experience working in a private equity or investor-backed environment.
• Strong commercial acumen with exceptional financial planning, reporting and stakeholder management skills.
• A collaborative leadership style, with the confidence to challenge and influence at Board level.
• Experience supporting business growth, refinancing or a successful exit would be highly advantageous.
