Industrial and Financial Systems (IFS) is seeking a Global Head of Installed Base to protect, optimize, and grow revenue from existing customers across regions. This leadership role defines strategic frameworks, governance, and programs to maximise lifetime value and recurring revenue.
You will lead regional teams, partner with Sales, Customer Success, Finance, Legal, and Product to ensure disciplined delivery, strong renewals, license optimization, and a successful SaaS transition.
