Senior Project Director, Grid-Scale BESS

Brightsmith is seeking an experienced Project Director to lead a portfolio of grid-scale Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) projects across the UK. This senior role covers from mobilisation to energisation, with accountability for 100MW to 400MW capacities across up to five projects.

You will direct Design & Build teams, manage budgets, and interface with National Grid, Transmission Operators and DNOs, ensuring safe, on-time delivery and high-quality outcomes.
