Global Director of AI-Driven Sales Development

Global-e Online Ltd. in London is seeking a Global Director of Sales Development to lead the SDR function across EMEA, NA, and APAC. You will manage 15+ BDEs and Team Leaders to build a predictable outbound pipeline and drive AI-enabled transformation of outbound motions.

The role partners with Sales, RevOps, Marketing, and Partnerships, reporting to the VP Revenue Operations, with a focus on scaling globally and delivering high-quality pipeline.
