Two is seeking a Head of People & Talent to lead the People function and support scalable growth across multiple countries. You will own the entire employee lifecycle, partner with the CFO and leadership team, and shape culture, performance, and organisational design.

You will drive strategy and execution, oversee talent acquisition, compensation reviews, and People Operations while leveraging AI to improve processes. Autonomy and direct impact from day one are offered.
