KeyResponsibilities
Provide3rdlinesupportforbusiness-criticalinfrastructure,systems,andnetworkservices.
Design,implement,maintain,andoptimiseMicrosoft-basedenvironments.
AdministerandsupportMicrosoft365services,includingExchangeOnline,EntraID(AzureAD),Teams,Intune,andSharePoint.
ManageandsupportWindowsServerenvironments,ActiveDirectory,GroupPolicy,DNS,DHCP,andvirtualisationplatforms.
Monitor,troubleshoot,andresolvecomplexnetworkissuesacrossLAN,WAN,Wi-Fi,VPN,andfirewalltechnologies.
Leadtechnicalinvestigations,rootcauseanalysis,andproblemmanagementactivities.
Supportinfrastructureupgrades,migrations,andtransformationprojects.
Maintainsecuritybestpracticesandsupportcompliancerequirements.
Produceandmaintaintechnicaldocumentation,procedures,andknowledgearticles.
Collaboratewithinternalteams,third-partyvendors,andstakeholderstodeliverhigh-qualityITservices.
