Care & Community Support Worker (Evenings/Weekends)

AMS Case Management is seeking two Support Workers for a client in Bury, Greater Manchester. You will provide daily support in the client’s home and community, assist with planning, and help with activities, including evenings and weekends.

A full induction will cover the client’s therapy programme and risk awareness. Experience with care, a full driving licence, and the ability to work flexibly are essential.
