End-of-Life Care Assistant (Driver) – Home Visits

Routes Healthcare is seeking a Female Care Assistant for end-of-life care across North and South Kirklees. You will travel between clients’ homes delivering personal care with dignity, medication support, and a calm presence. Training starts on day one, including specialist end-of-life modules.

The role offers a fixed-term contract of 12 months, with a minimum of 25 hours per week, a Driver with Own Vehicle is required, and compensation at £12.71 per hour plus paid leave and mileage.
