Senior Care Supervisor — Lead, Mentor & Plan Care

Kingsley Healthcare is seeking a Senior Support Worker to join our care team. You will recognise and facilitate the daily needs of residents while upholding dignity and independence.

You will conduct formal supervisions and appraisals, contribute to care planning, and coach junior staff. Reports to Home Manager/Deputy Manager/Nurse; you will be supported by a friendly, professional team in a values-driven organisation.
