Employment Navigator – Champion Inclusive Work on the Isle of Wight

Palladium is recruiting an Employment Specialist for the Connect to Work Isle of Wight programme, based in Newport with travel across the island. Salary ranges from £27,976 to £29,500 depending on experience, with travel expenses reimbursed beyond base location.

You will manage up to 25 service users, delivering person-centred support to create and follow individual workplans, and engage with employers to secure sustainable employment for participants.
