Charity Shop Lead – Flexible Hours & Local Impact

Devon Air Ambulance are seeking an organised Assistant Manager for our Bideford shop, four days per week, 30 hours, with weekends and bank holidays included. You will work with the Shop Manager to lead the team, maximise sales and ensure the highest level of customer service.

Duties include covering the Manager, guiding volunteers, stock control, displays, and processing Gift Aid. Retail or customer service experience is essential.
