Food Frontline Assistant – Fast-Paced, Customer-Driven Service

Marks and Spencer in Carmarthen is seeking a Customer Assistant for our Food section to provide five-star service at pace. You’ll be at the frontline, delivering product knowledge, selling latest food lines and using Sparks App to assist customers.

You’ll thrive in a high-energy store, be flexible across shifts Thursday to Saturday, and work as part of a team to meet customer demand with a positive, can-do attitude.
