The Role
As a Key Stage 1 Teacher, you will play a vital role in delivering a creative and stimulating curriculum that inspires curiosity, encourages independence, and supports every child to reach their full potential.
You will:
- Plan and deliver engaging lessons in line with the Key Stage 1 curriculum
- Create a positive, inclusive and nurturing classroom environment
- Assess and monitor pupil progress effectively
- Differentiate learning to meet the needs of all learners
- Foster strong relationships with pupils, parents and colleagues
- Encourage a love of learning through innovative and interactive teaching approaches
We Are Looking For
The ideal candidate will have:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Experience teaching within Key Stage 1
- Strong classroom management skills
- A creative and enthusiastic approach to teaching and learning
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
- The ability to inspire, motivate and engage young learners
