Senior Outdoor Education Leader – Residential Programs

Essex Outdoors is seeking experienced Senior Instructors to lead and deliver outdoor education programmes at Mersea and Harlow, reporting to the Centre Manager. You will supervise residential experiences, maintain high health and safety standards, and train staff to uphold Essex Outdoors delivery standards.

The role involves developing NGB courses, coordinating resources, and delivering activities in the UK and overseas as required.
