Job Description:
Candidate Source is seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor for a prestigious five-star luxury country house hotel in Wiltshire. You will help lead the daily housekeeping operation, supervising around 10 to 15 colleagues within a team of 25 to 30, ensuring five-star standards across bedrooms, cottages and public areas.
You will report to the Executive Head Housekeeper and develop the team through training, motivation and hands-on leadership in a busy hotel environment.
