Visitor Experience Host

The National Trust for Places of Historic Interest or Natural Beauty in Birmingham is seeking a welcoming Welcome & Service Team Member to greet visitors, share information about the property, and ensure everyone has an enjoyable visit.

In this zero-hour, fixed-term role, you’ll work across Visitor Reception and Second Hand Bookshop, delivering great customer service, handling queries, and helping with events and social media promotion as needed. Weekend and Bank Holiday work is required.
