Senior Catering & Events Operations Lead — Banquets & Conferences

The University of Edinburgh Hospitality Collection is seeking a Catering & Events Operations Team Leader to join the management team and assist in the operational delivery of catering and events services across the university’s venues. You will lead frontline teams to ensure exceptional service for conferences, meetings and events.

Experience in 4/5* hotel conference and banqueting, event catering and/or fine dining operations is essential, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
