Platform Engineer — Scale & Reliability

Ashby is building hiring software for fast-growing teams. We’re seeking a curious Platform Engineer/SRE who codes and owns end-to-end infrastructure at Ashby, scaling to millions of data points while keeping reliability and security at the forefront.

You’ll work on a homegrown DSL-to-SQL compiler, canary deploys, SLO/SLI definitions, and event-driven architecture, collaborating with a small, fast-moving team.
