Harding Financial is seeking a Pensions & Benefits Consultant to drive new corporate relationships and tailor employee benefits solutions. Hybrid role with a blend of office-based and home working from the Shalford area.

The ideal candidate will have five years’ experience in employee benefits, strong pensions and auto-enrolment knowledge, and a proven ability to generate leads and manage client relationships. Excellent communication and presentation skills are essential.
