We’re hiring: Experienced Doctors Recruiter!
I’m looking for an experienced Doctors Recruiter to join my team at CPL UK Healthcare.
This role is specifically for someone who already understands the doctors market and can hit the ground running. You’ll ideally have experience recruiting locum and/or permanent doctors across the NHS, private healthcare or international markets.
We have a strong, established doctors business, a broad client base, access to major frameworks and a huge network of doctors across the UK and internationally.
I’m looking for someone who is:
- An experienced Doctors Recruiter
- Confident managing and developing their own desk
- Strong at candidate sourcing and relationship management
- Commercially minded and comfortable with business development
- Ambitious, proactive and genuinely wants to build something
There is plenty of opportunity to grow your desk, develop new markets and work across NHS, private and international recruitment, as well as supporting some exciting specialist and insourcing projects.
You’ll be joining an experienced team with a lot of market knowledge, a great network and plenty of scope to make the role your own.
