Child Services Triage & Information Specialist

Bath & North East Somerset Council is recruiting a part-time Referral and Information Assistant to join the Children’s Social Care Triage Team, primarily covering Mondays and Fridays.

The role involves making initial judgements on requests for service, signposting to other services as appropriate, and handling confidential information in line with corporate and national guidelines. You will need strong IT and communication skills and the ability to work under pressure.
