Nichebox is seeking a Customer Operations & CRM Specialist to strengthen our luxury fragrance brand experience across UK, Europe and US. You will drive end-to-end customer journeys, manage CRM campaigns, and support omnichannel initiatives in a growing global e-commerce team.
