Building Services Contract Manager – Large-Scale Projects

Ernest Gordon Recruitment is seeking a Building Services Contract Manager (Service / Maintenance) for our Preston client to oversee large multi-million contracts.

The successful candidate will have a building services maintenance background and will drive contract delivery, with clear progression to Operations Manager and access to training, progression opportunities, a car allowance, local patch duties, profit bonus and a yearly pay review.
