Facilities & Compliance Lead — Charity Housing & ESG

Ronald McDonald House UK in the West Midlands is seeking a Facilities and Compliance Manager to lead maintenance and compliance across our houses. The role reports to the Head of Facilities Management and focuses on safe, high-quality delivery of reactive and minor planned works within budget while minimising disruption to families.

You will also drive ESG initiatives at site level, identify efficiency opportunities and ensure contractors follow sustainability practices.
