Customer Retention & Appointment Specialist

Aftersales is looking for a Customer Retention Specialist to strengthen relationships with our existing customers across Sales and Aftersales. The role focuses on proactive engagement, increasing service bookings, MOTs, and loyalty, while opportunities are handed to Sales for closing.

You will manage CRM activity, qualify opportunities, and arrange appointments with the Sales Team to drive repeat business, maintaining accurate records and delivering exceptional service.
