Remote Commercial Relationship Manager for Care Homes

Anchor is seeking a Commercial Relationship Manager to support a portfolio of care homes across the South of England. This remote role includes regular travel and a permanent contract, with 37.5 hours per week and a salary of £53,800 including car allowance.

You will drive private pay occupancy growth, improve enquiry management, and provide on-the-ground sales training and advice while partnering with Home Managers and operations to optimise residents’ move‑in experiences.
