Senior Multi-Depot Operations Director

Panda is seeking an experienced General Manager to lead a complex, multi-depot operation in Birmingham. You will be accountable for operational performance, commercial delivery, safety and regulatory compliance, with responsibility for P&Ls and transformational change across depots.

You will partner with Sales to enable sustainable growth, drive efficiency and standardise the operating model while maintaining high customer service standards.
