National Theatre is seeking a Head of Production and Content to lead the Digital Team on a 12 Month Fixed Term Contract (Maternity Cover). You will oversee development, production and delivery of original digital content acrossNT Live, NT at Home, NT Collection and YouTube.

You will manage a unified team of Production Staff, Editors, Producers and Post-Production specialists, optimise workflows, and shape new digital opportunities in collaboration with senior leaders.
