OpenShift Engineer

OpenShift EngineerInitial 3-Month ContractRemote Working550 – 600 p/day, Inside IR35

We’re working with a leading Global IT Services Provider who are looking for an OpenShift Engineer to support a large-scale cloud transformation programme. This role will focus on the deployment, configuration and ongoing support of OpenShift environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Deploy, configure and support OpenShift environments
• Build, maintain and optimise container platform infrastructure
• Support the migration of containerised applications within enterprise environments
• Troubleshoot and resolve platform-related issues
• Collaborate with architects, developers and infrastructure teams to deliver technical solutions
• Contribute to platform improvements, automation and operational best practices

Required experience:

• Proven experience working with OpenShift in enterprise environments
• Strong understanding of containerisation and Kubernetes
• Experience deploying, administering and supporting OpenShift clusters
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and automation tools
• Experience troubleshooting complex infrastructure and platform issues
• Infrequent travel to London OR Edinburgh is required
