Black Fox Solutions are recruiting a Quantity Surveyor / Project Manager for a leading contractor based in Portadown.

The Role

• Manage project costs, valuations, subcontractor payments, and contract variations.
• Coordinate subcontractors and ensure projects run to programme.
• Attend site meetings and provide progress updates.
• Review site records and support contract delivery from start to completion.
• Maintain strong client relationships and liaise with senior management.

Criteria

• Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Quantity Surveyor and/or Project Manager.
• Previous Main Contractor experience.
• Strong knowledge of cost management, valuations, and contract administration.
• Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or similar.
• Full Driving Licence.
• Social Housing and NEC contract experience desirable
