Children’s Social Worker — Flexible, Remote Family Court Advocate

Cafcass is hiring Children’s Social Workers for Private and/or Public Law teams. You will conduct assessments and engage with children to understand their views for court proceedings, using robust risk assessment and mediation to prioritise their best interests.

Candidates should hold a Social Work qualification and be registered with Social Work England, ideally with 3+ years in children and families, and knowledge of Family Court proceedings. Flexible, remote working options are available.
