Part-Time Caretaker — Flexible 2hrs/day, Immediate Start

JMD Investments & Estates in Rhyl is seeking a part-time caretaker to look after a small industrial estate. The role includes keeping common parts tidy and collecting monthly electric readings from each unit. The position is 2 hours per day, Monday to Friday, with an hourly rate of £15 on a self-employed basis.

We are looking for someone reliable with good people skills to start immediately. Attractive bonuses paid on lettings may apply depending on performance.
