Depot Operations Manager – 24/7, 25k+ Throughput

DPD UK is recruiting a Distribution Centre Manager to lead the depot’s day-to-day operations within a fast-paced, 24/7 setting. You will drive Health & Safety, productivity, service levels and cost control while managing a team of over 250 colleagues.

You will liaise with Directors, influence strategy, and demonstrate decisive decision-making in high-pressure environments, upholding DPD DNA values and delivering best-in-class service nationwide.
