Strategic Housing Assurance & Resident Engagement Lead

Harrow Council seeks a Housing Assurance and Engagement Manager to lead the Housing Assurance and Engagement function within the Insight & Housing Strategy service. You will oversee a team of specialists in resident engagement, housing strategy, communications, regulatory assurance and housing policy.

The role focuses on developing housing policies, engagement strategies and governance that improve services while ensuring regulatory compliance and resident involvement across Housing.
