Scotland Surveying Services Team Lead

WSP in the UK & Ireland is seeking an experienced Surveying Services lead based in Edinburgh or Glasgow to oversee Scotland-wide surveys, manage large-scale projects, and provide technical leadership across the UK. The role combines site, office and home working within a hybrid model to deliver safe, high-quality outcomes.

You will guide a multi-disciplinary team, mentor junior staff, develop business opportunities, and ensure compliance with WSP standards across Scotland and beyond.
