Senior AI Adoption & Productivity Research Fellow

The Productivity Institute is seeking a Senior Research Fellow to lead mixed-method research on AI adoption and its impact on productivity at a large university context. You will design evaluation frameworks, coordinate staff/student surveys and work with IT, HR and faculties.

Applicants should hold a PhD in a relevant field, with strong qualitative/quantitative skills and experience in programme evaluation. This is a collaborative role within academia and policy-relevant work.
