Information Officer, SEND & Family Support (Hybrid)

Sheffield City Council’s SSENDIAS is recruiting an Information Officer to join our friendly team in Sheffield. You will be the first point of contact for families, young people and professionals, providing information, advice and signposting on SEND services.

The role involves developing information resources, handling enquiries by phone, email and online referrals, and supporting workshops and outreach events across the city, in partnership with schools and health services.
