Senior Change Manager: Transformational Change & Adoption Lead

SSE is seeking a Senior Change Manager to lead essential transformation programmes. You will embed agile practices, enhance operational effectiveness and build digital capability for SSE’s future.

You will work with delivery teams and senior stakeholders to ensure changes are delivered, adopted and sustained across the organisation. You will manage complex change plans, run impact assessments, coordinate communications and training, and monitor adoption metrics to secure long-term benefits.
